Who you're dealing with

The Bride Test is run by Keinan Wahbi, a sole trader in Australia, ABN 74 133 266 217.

What you're buying

One party, one payment, in AUD. Not a subscription. You can buy the game on its own, or the game together with the Wedding Time Capsule; the capsule can also be added afterwards. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Buying gives you a personal licence to run one hens night game — you can't resell it or run it as a paid event of your own.

Your questions, photos and videos are yours

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to store it and show it to your guests, purely so the game works. We don't use it for anything else.

Photos of other people

If you upload a photo, you're confirming you have the right to use it, and that the people in it would be fine with a room full of guests seeing it. That's on you, not us.

What you write is on you

We provide optional starter questions, including a deliberately explicit set that we warn you about before you pick it. What you actually ask, and who's in the room when you ask it, is your call.

Guest behaviour

Guests type their own display names and answers. If someone writes something offensive, that's between you and them — though tell us if something serious happens and we'll help.

Content we'll remove

We can remove content that's illegal, or that's clearly there to harass someone.

Age

You need to be 18 or over to buy or run a party.

Availability

We work hard to keep the site up, but it's a party game, not critical infrastructure. We can't promise it will never go down. If it fails on your night, our refund policy covers you.

If something goes wrong

Our liability is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply no matter what these terms say.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
