Refunds

If The Bride Test doesn't work on your night, we'll refund you in full. Just email hello@thebridetest.com and tell us what happened.

If your plans change before you've run your party, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you.

Once you've played your party, we can't offer a refund, since the product has been used.

We'll respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
